Foxtons partners with Avios to reward home sellers and landlords

Foxtons has struck a deal with IAG Loyalty to allow Avios points to be earned by customers who sell or let a home through the London-based estate agent, the first UK property firm to offer rewards through Avios. The program puts Avios, the rewards currency used by British Airways and its partners, into Foxtons’ loyalty framework and is designed to help attract and retain landlords amid a competitive London market.

Under the arrangement, home sellers can earn up to 30,000 Avios if they appoint Foxtons to sell their property before January 31, 2026. Eligibility is limited to Foxtons branches in London, Watford, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, Surrey and Berkshire. For landlords who use Foxtons to manage a rental portfolio, Avios of up to 20,000 are available, awarded on a monthly basis for completed lettings transactions within a 12-month period. The offer for lettings is available to Foxtons branches located in London, Surrey and Berkshire.

The two rewards are mutually exclusive: customers earn Avios either for instructing Foxtons to sell a property or for appointing Foxtons’ property management services for a letting. In all cases, buyers and sellers must link their My Foxtons account to their British Airways Executive Club or Club World account via www.foxtons.co.uk/account/rewards before initiating Foxtons instructions. Avios earned through the scheme can be spent on BA flights, hotels, travel experiences and car hire, and the points can also be converted to Nectar points and vice versa.

Foxtons said the new program aligns with its strategy to attract and retain landlords, bolster its share of the London market and expand its property-management footprint. Chief executive Guy Gittins said the partnership adds value for customers and strengthens Foxtons’ unique position in the market as the only UK estate agent offering Avios rewards. The company emphasized that the offer is a limited-time promotion for property sales and that the lettings- rewards are issued on a rolling, monthly basis for a 12-month cycle from the date of a completed transaction.

Avios points are widely used across several airlines in the IAG group, including British Airways, Finnair, Qatar Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus, and can be redeemed for flights, hotels and travel experiences or converted to other loyalty currencies. Foxtons noted that the Avios offer is available only at participating branches in London, Surrey and Berkshire for lettings and in London, Watford, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, Surrey and Berkshire for sales, with the seller offer available until the end of January 2026. The program does not allow point stacking or combining with other promotions.

The move marks Foxtons’ latest push to differentiate itself in a crowded market and to encourage landlords to use its full service offering, including property management. Market observers note that the London rental sector has exhibited strong demand in recent months, and loyalty-driven incentives could influence where landlords choose to list or manage their portfolios. Foxtons did not assign a specific financial value to the Avios rewards, but described them as a meaningful additional benefit for both selling and letting customers.
