Gordon Ramsay to open UK's first Hell's Kitchen restaurant in London

Gordon Ramsay will bring Hell's Kitchen, the televised culinary competition, to the United Kingdom with a new restaurant in London. The venue, at the Cumberland Hotel, is scheduled to open in Spring 2026. The concept will feature an open kitchen and immersive dining that mirrors the show's theatrics, delivering a high-energy, chef-led experience for hotel guests and diners alike.

The menu will include Ramsay's Beef Wellington, Seared Scallops and Lobster Risotto, along with indulgent desserts such as Sticky Toffee Pudding and Apple Butterscotch Cheesecake. Guests will also be able to order signature cocktails from a focused bar lineup, including Notes from Gordon—a refreshing blend of Plymouth Dry Gin, green tea, lemongrass, peach and lemon that is served with a personal message from the chef. The deal marks the UK debut of Hell's Kitchen, a concept that began with a Las Vegas restaurant in 2018 and has since expanded to eight destinations in America and Europe, including Lake Tahoe, Southern California, Atlantic City, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Miami and Ibiza. London is expected to join the list.

The Cumberland Hotel in central London has a storied history of music legends passing through, including Adele and Amy Winehouse. The property has 900 bedrooms and serves leisure and corporate guests alike. Pedro da Silva, the hotel's general manager, said the partnership is a point of pride for the venue: "We are very proud to be the first venue to welcome Hell's Kitchen to the UK. We look forward to offering hotel guests and visitors alike a taste of Gordon Ramsay's iconic dishes, all within our hotel."

Ramsay described the project as a "full circle moment," saying London is where his culinary career began in 1998 and that the restaurant would bring the show's signature fire, theatre and bold flavours to the city. He also teased new creations developed especially for London's diners, alongside the signature menu that fans have come to expect.

The London venture completes the rollout of Hell's Kitchen beyond the United States, joining a brand footprint that already includes destinations across the Americas and Europe, with London poised to become the latest showcase for Ramsay's televised culinary theatrics.
