Robeta Ananya redefines luxury on wheels with a glamper camper

Robeta Mobil has unveiled the Ananya, a luxury camper van the company markets as a glamper on wheels, designed to merge home-like living with the freedom of the road. The model represents a bold step in a niche market that overlaps high-end RVs and premium residential interiors, with the intention of delivering a “studio apartment on wheels” experience for travelers who want both space and mobility.

The centerpiece of the Ananya is a living room-like interior that includes a six-foot-long L-shaped couch and a partition separating the driving cab from the main cabin. When the sun goes down, the space transforms: a double bed lowers from the ceiling, converting the lounge into a proper bedroom without the need to rearrange cushions or furniture. The bed rises back in the morning to reveal a ready-for-coffee layout, keeping the space functional for daily use. The design emphasizes comfort and scale, aiming to reduce the compromises commonly required in mobile living.

A compact washer-dryer sits inside the wardrobe as a built-in “Tiny Wash” unit, allowing travelers to refresh clothes on extended trips without visiting laundromats. The appliance dries as well as cleans, a feature that Robeta Mobil says can be a money saver and a practical convenience for longer adventures on the road.

In the kitchen, the Ananya lives up to its luxury promise with a Corian countertop, a proper two-burner gas stove, a grill and oven combo, and a roomy 130-liter fridge and freezer. The setup is intended for real cooking rather than simple reheating, appealing to road travelers who value quality meals without sacrificing space or storage.

Behind the living area, the rear includes a bathroom designed to feel like a home bathroom rather than a compact van enclosure. It offers a sink, a full-standing shower, and a macerating toilet. A soft curtain enclosure preserves a sleek look while keeping the space practical and easy to clean.

Power and off-grid capability are central to the Ananya’s appeal. The van is equipped with a 10-kilowatt-hour EcoFlow power system and stackable batteries, plus 450 watts of solar, enabling days of off-grid use. A 160-liter freshwater tank supports extended stays, while Webasto diesel heating and hot water add to the comfort in cooler climates or remote locations.

The Ananya’s price and availability reflect its role as a limited-edition luxury model. In the United States, Robeta Mobil is offering a Founders’ Edition starting at about $295,000. Only five of these exclusive units are scheduled for U.S. production, with deliveries set to begin in January 2026. U.S. customers can place orders directly through Robeta’s website. The company notes that the five-van cap represents a strategic approach to maintain exclusivity while gauging demand for high-end road-travel experiences.

For travelers and investors watching the broader market for luxury recreational vehicles, the Ananya signals a shift toward more expansive, apartment-like options on the road. While the price limits ownership to a small segment of enthusiasts, the model underscores a potential growth path for manufacturers seeking to blend premium materials, full residential amenities, and robust off-grid performance in a mobile package. The limited-edition approach may also influence how other automakers and camper-van builders price and segment their products in the coming years.

In practical terms, the Ananya is positioned to appeal to bubbles of travelers who want to roam remote places without sacrificing comforts such as private laundry, a real kitchen, and a proper bed. The combination of home-like interiors with off-grid power and water systems could reduce the need for campground amenities and create new expectations for on-the-road living.

As Robeta Mobil proceeds with its U.S. rollout, potential buyers will be watching how the company handles service, parts, and long-term reliability for a vehicle that blends automotive systems with residential-grade amenities. The five-unit limit and direct-to-consumer ordering model may also shape how quickly customers can secure one of these vans and how Robeta manages dealer support and post-purchase service in the United States.
