Vueling launches limited-time fares under €20 for autumn travel

Spanish low-cost carrier Vueling has opened a limited-time sale offering flights for less than €20, with some fares from €13, for travel this autumn and early winter.

The promotion, announced earlier in September, runs until Sept. 24 and applies to flights scheduled between Oct. 1 and Dec. 18, 2025. Vueling said the offer covers more than 20 popular destinations, with discounted one-way fares advertised as low as €13 (roughly £11). Tickets are available while stocks last.

Vueling’s website lists a number of low-cost options as part of the sale, including routes to Majorca from some UK airports advertised from €13.99. Other cities appearing in the carrier’s current fare searches include Venice, Vienna, Naples, Lisbon and Berlin. Return fares to tourist destinations are also shown at reduced prices on selected dates. The airline has not published a full list of eligible routes for the campaign.

The promotion includes services between the UK and Spain; Vueling is showing discounted fares to Barcelona from several British cities, including London and Manchester. The carrier’s site also lists fares for a London–Santiago service from €25 as part of its broader schedule. The advertised prices are subject to availability and limited seat allocations, Vueling said.

Budget airlines typically use short, targeted sales to stimulate demand for off-peak travel and to fill otherwise unsold seats. Similar Vueling campaigns in previous seasons have covered major Spanish cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Seville, and extended to popular European capitals, including Paris, Rome, Lisbon and Amsterdam. Past patterns suggest the current promotion may follow that model, although the airline has not confirmed a definitive route list.

Travel industry observers say flexibility with dates and airports can improve chances of finding the lowest fares during such sales. Vueling’s window for travel — from early October through mid-December — includes off-peak and shoulder-season dates, which often show deeper discounts than peak holiday periods.

Passengers who wish to take advantage of the offer are advised to check Vueling’s website for exact fares and fare conditions, including baggage allowances and change or cancellation fees, which can affect the total trip cost. The airline’s promotional fares are typically non-refundable and may apply to basic economy-type fare bundles.

The sale comes as autumn booking activity picks up for short breaks and winter escapes across Europe. With limited seats at the lowest price points, travel advisers recommend booking promptly when specific dates and routes meet traveller needs.

Consumers should also compare total trip costs across carriers and consider additional charges for extras that low-cost carriers often price separately. Vueling’s promotion is intended for travel through Dec. 18, and bookings must be completed by the end of the promotional period on Sept. 24.
