Anna Kournikova shows blossoming baby bump in rare Miami outing

Anna Kournikova, 44, offered fans a rare public glimpse of her blossoming baby bump during a casual Miami outing on Tuesday. The former world No. 8 is expecting her fourth child with partner Enrique Iglesias, 50, and the couple already share three children: twins Lucy and Nicholas, 7, and Mary, 5. Observers noted that Kournikova appears to be well into the pregnancy, with the bump visible beneath a loose black sweater as she walked with her son to run errands.

She kept a low profile in an all-black ensemble and matching sunglasses as they strolled through sunny Miami, stopping for groceries. The sighting marks one of the first times Kournikova has been photographed in public with the growing baby bump since pregnancy news emerged last month.

The pregnancy news comes after months of fan concern sparked by paparazzi shots of Kournikova in a wheelchair earlier this year. In January she was photographed being pushed by her daughter at Bal Harbour shopping center, wearing a protective boot on one foot. It is believed she sustained a foot injury and may have undergone surgery around that time.

Iglesias has lived in the Miami area since the late 1990s, with Kournikova joining him after they became a couple. The former tennis star rose to No. 8 in singles and achieved greater success in doubles with Martina Hingis, winning the Australian Open doubles titles in 1999 and 2002. Her final professional match came in May 2003, when she was 21 years old. In a Guardian interview around that time, she discussed the injuries she fought through and said tennis was not the only thing that mattered in life.

Off the court, Kournikova gained fame as a model and public figure, earning recognition as the world's sexiest woman in 2002 and later being named the sexiest female tennis player of all time in 2010. Iglesias, who has maintained a quiet life in Florida with their family, has supported a relatively low-profile public life as they prepared for another addition to the family.
