Ashley Roberts and Anita Rani left Heart Radio on Friday ahead of Christmas, flashing leggy displays in mini skirts as they signed off for the holidays. Roberts, a Pussycat Dolls singer, wore a beige pleated mini skirt with tights and black knee-high boots, pairing a blue striped shirt and matching tie with a grey wool coat draped over her shoulders. She completed the look with a small white Miu Miu handbag and oversized black sunglasses.

Anita Rani, 48, waved goodbye in a leopard-print mini skirt, paired with silver rhinestone tights and black ankle boots, layered with a black jumper and a leather jacket. A brown snood and a matching handbag completed her festive ensemble, along with black-framed glasses.

Roberts has recently returned to Strictly Come Dancing and joined pro dancers Danny Mac, Layton Williams and Jay McGuiness for a dazzling group routine in Blackpool as part of a show-stopping performance. The ensemble was billed as drawing on elements from Jay and Ashley's iconic Jives, Danny's Samba, and Layton's showstopping Quickstep. Roberts danced a Jive with Neil Jones during her previous run on the show in Blackpool, and on her return she said, "I'm so excited and grateful to be back on the shiny floor in Blackpool again. Nearly a decade later, let's see if these jive legs can still do their thing! Sequins always help, I'm sure."

Back on the Strictly stage, Roberts rejoined the orbit of the series last month, performing with the professional troupe in a comprehensive Blackpool group routine alongside Danny Mac, Layton Williams and Jay McGuiness. The new routine is designed to weave together past moments from the show, celebrating the franchise’s history while delivering a fresh, festive showcase for fans gathered in the seaside venue.

Anita Rani has also been making headlines off-air, sharing romantic details about her relationship with Alex Lavery. The presenter described him as not only good-looking but also a “beautiful soul” with free-spirited energy. She reflected on one particularly meaningful gesture: he bought her a range of vinyl records and played them for her, explaining that he had listened closely to her music tastes. "When you meet someone who has a similar passion, there is nothing more satisfying than listening to music with him," she said, underscoring how shared interests can deepen connections in the first year of dating.
