Bowral Chateau Blondel slashed in price as Paris Ow-Yang family scrambles to offload luxury Bowral estate

The Bowral estate linked to the family of teenage OnlyFans influencer Paris Ow-Yang has been discounted by 2.5 million dollars, with a guided sale range of 9 million to 9.9 million for Chateau Blondel, the French style weekend home about 117 kilometers southwest of Sydney.

Listed through Sotheby’s International, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence sits on more than five hectares and spans roughly 1000 square meters of internal space. Built in 2000, the mansion is named after the 18th century architect Jacques-Francoise Blondel and is pitched as a masterwork of architectural craftsmanship with dozens of imported chandeliers, gleaming granite and marble floors, and a grand French style kitchen and a baroque dining room featuring a five-meter table.

Paris Ow-Yang, 19, has also drawn attention for a broad property portfolio in eastern Sydney. Earlier this year she snapped up a block of six renovated apartments in Coogee, with weekly rents ranging from 810 to 1,275 dollars and a reported combined weekly income of about 6,195 dollars if fully leased. The site comprises 14 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and six car spaces, with upper-level units offering ocean and district views.

The teenager has publicly defended her wealth in social media remarks tied to coverage of her personal life, noting a substantial property portfolio and indicating plans to acquire more properties.

Paris’s public profile extends to a string of legal matters. In October 2023 she faced a high range drink driving charge in the Sydney area, resulting in a nine-month driving ban, the installation of an alcohol interlock device for two years, and a two-year Community Corrections Order. In December 2023 she faced assault, stalking and property damage charges in relation to an incident at her mother’s Double Bay apartment, for which she pleaded guilty and which led to a two-year apprehended violence order.

Court records have discussed ongoing mental health concerns as part of the context for the legal issues and related behavior. Her legal team has described the episodes as part of a broader mental health struggle linked to family dynamics during her adolescence, including the split of her parents when she was about 13.

The Chateau Blondel estate was purchased in 2014 for about 3.5 million dollars and is described in marketing materials as a near 1000-square-meter residence built to accommodate family living and grand entertaining. It sits on more than five hectares and is set behind 300-year-old cast iron carriage gates, a feature highlighted as a hallmark of its historic and architectural status. The sale reflects broader questions about asset management and the way wealth and media attention intersect with a high-profile teenage influencer’s life.
