Brazilian model Ju Isen spends AU$758,087 on cosmetic procedures, marks 50th surgery with fox-eye lift

Ju Isen, a Brazilian model and influencer based in São Paulo, says she has spent about AU$758,087 (USD$500,000) on cosmetic procedures over 15 years to pursue a feline, fox-eye look. In an interview with the Daily Mail, the 40-year-old revealed details of her 50th plastic surgery—the fox eye lift that has become trending among celebrities.

She described the fox eye lift as lifting the outer corners of the eyes to create a sharper, cat-like shape. "I've always wanted fox eyes," she said. "They have this seductive, mysterious energy. For me, it's the most powerful look a woman can have—especially when flirting." Isen noted that the procedure produced immediate results with minimal recovery time, though there is some initial swelling. "It changes your entire aura," she added. The surgery, performed at a premium clinic in São Paulo, is part of her ongoing campaign to reinvent her appearance.

Over 15 years, Isen has undergone a rhinoplasty, liposuction, and breast implants, along with reconstructive work after a dog bite incident a few years ago. She also receives ongoing skin resurfacing, sculpting, and non-invasive contouring treatments as part of her routine. She says the fox eye lift is "like the missing piece" in her beauty trajectory and reinforces her brand: "My surgeries are my story. They mark different phases in my life. Some people write memoirs. I shape mine."

Isen says the fox eye lift, performed recently at a São Paulo clinic, felt important and might not be her last major change, though she left room for the future: "You never know. But this one felt important—like the missing piece. Now I feel like I can walk into any room and own it."

Beyond her personal expression, the look has drawn global attention, with models such as Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner associated with the aesthetic. Australian TV personality Skye Wheatley also underwent the procedure last year and shared her recovery online, fueling ongoing discussion about beauty standards and online influence. For Isen, the investment is framed as a strategic career decision: her appearance remains central to her brand and work in fashion and media.
