D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, and his manager, Josh Marshall, abruptly terminated their $20,000-a-month Hollywood Hills lease days after Los Angeles police raided the property in connection with the case involving a missing teen whose dismembered remains were found in the trunk of Burke's Tesla. The remains of Celeste Rivas, 13, were discovered Sept. 8 in the front trunk of an impounded car registered to Burke. The vehicle had been left abandoned near Doheny Place and Bluebird Avenue, close to the four-bedroom rental where Burke had been staying. LAPD officers stormed the home on Sept. 17, seizing several items of evidence, including a laptop.
