London — Eamonn Holmes, 65, and his girlfriend Katie Alexander, 43, stepped out on the red carpet for the This Is Icon Awards in London on Saturday, marking their first public appearance together since reports that the honeymoon phase of their relationship had ended. Holmes, who has battled health issues since a spinal surgery in 2022, arrived in an electric wheelchair and wore a black suit with a white polka-dot tie.
Alexander, a marriage counsellor, paired Holmes's look with a tailored black blazer with rolled-up sleeves and a floor-length skirt that was sheer at the bottom, plus a black scarf wrapped around her neck. The couple walked the carpet and posed for photographs as they arrived at the Troxy venue in the east end of London, where they were all smiles.
