Earl of Dartmouth reportedly weds Michael Douglas's ex-wife in Gibraltar
William Legge, 76, and Diandra Douglas reportedly tied the knot in a private Gibraltar ceremony, according to Richard Eden's Diary.

According to Richard Eden's Diary, the Earl of Dartmouth, William Legge, 76, has reportedly married Diandra Douglas, the ex-wife of Hollywood star Michael Douglas, in a private ceremony in Gibraltar last week. The ceremony was described as small, held at the Gibraltar register office with just one or two guests in attendance, according to people close to the couple.
Legge, who turns 76 today, is said to have exchanged vows with Diandra Douglas, making him the Count of Dartmouth and her the Countess. The match reportedly reflects Legge's long-standing ties to Gibraltar, where he has been connected to political and civic circles, including representation of the territory in the European Parliament. The groom's background includes a prior marriage to model Fiona Campbell and a son, Gerald, with television producer Claire Kavanagh. In addition, Legge is described in the diary as having step-sibling connections to Princess Diana through his mother, Raine Spencer, who reportedly married Diana's father, the 8th Earl Spencer.

Diandra Douglas, 69, was married to Michael Douglas from 1977 to 1995. They share a son, Cameron Douglas, who has served a prison sentence for drug offenses. Diandra also has twin sons with ex-fiancé Zach Bacon III, conceived via surrogacy, and an adopted daughter, Imara. In the divorce, Douglas's ex-wife was reported to have been awarded around £30 million, one of the largest settlements in Hollywood history. Diandra has long had a fondness for Spain, maintaining a home in Majorca after the marriage ended.
Beyond the Dartmouth-Douglas report, the diary touches on a broader slate of entertainment notes. Sally Phillips, who played Shazza opposite Leo Woodall in the Bridget Jones films, spoke about her co-star at a recent event and noted the intense fan response to Woodall at international premieres. Bros frontman Matt Goss has announced his engagement to jewelry designer Chantal Brown. Jamie Laing recalled a Bafta win in 2013 as a reminder that reality-show success can feel surreal alongside Britain’s top talents. Designer Vin (full name Omi) revealed he suffered two heart attacks in the weeks leading to a Dysphoriana London Fashion Week show, but emphasized that the show would go on. Jodie Kidd, back on the catwalk, also made headlines for shutting the pub she runs in West Sussex after staff faced abuse, while Fearne Cotton described the upheaval of renovating her home, joking about not having a kitchen sink during the process.
