Jon Gosselin, Collin react to Kate Gosselin dating ex-bodyguard after affair claims

Jon Gosselin and his son Collin publicly weighed in on reports that Kate Gosselin is dating her former bodyguard, Steve Neild, years after rumors of an affair during the couple's marriage. Page Six reported that the relationship is serious and that Kate and Neild have discussed moving on together.

On Wednesday, Jon, 48, shared the Page Six piece on Instagram along with an old photo of Kate with Neild and wrote, 'Guess who really ruined the marriage.' He followed with another post, 'Maybe when I speak people will listen now!!!' He later posted on Instagram Stories, 'I told you all. No one believed me— guess I was right!'

Collin, 21, who is estranged from his mother, responded on his own Instagram Stories, recounting the 2009 allegations and sharing his perspective on sharing a hotel room with their bodyguard. He wrote that his mother 'had an affair with our bodyguard way back in 2009, and for years would share hotel rooms with him while we went on family vacations, while I was in a connected room!' He added that others may romanticize her actions, but that 'we still feel pain from our past.' He also addressed his father, saying, 'I love you dad' and noting that the family has endured more than public drama.

The younger Gossmann also told followers that he is 'very busy in college, at work, and running my business' and is not interested in engaging in ongoing public feuds.

Kate and Neild are reportedly in a 'serious' relationship and living together, according to Page Six, which quoted a source saying Kate is 'crazy about him' and that wedding plans had been discussed. In a TikTok video, Kate revealed that she has been in a relationship for 'a little over a year, maybe 14 [or] 15 months' and added that fans might see him occasionally in the future as she emphasized she is not lonely anymore.
