Katie Price has been to hospital amid concerns about her weight loss, a health update shared over the weekend shows. The 47-year-old model also said she needs to have stitches removed from a minor stab wound after an earlier injury.
On Saturday, Price explained in a Snapchat update that she was up early at the doctors for blood tests, noting that her veins are difficult to access and there were three attempts. Only two tubes were filled, and she said she would have to return in two weeks. She added that she would have her stitches removed when doctors review the stab wound.
She later posted that she spent Friday night in A&E, sharing a photo of an illuminated A&E sign and writing, 'Not what I had on my Bingo card for Friday night.' In a separate update, the mum of five said she was getting her eyebrows laminated.
Fans have expressed concern about her slimming figure for months. In May, Price acknowledged weight loss and explained that past medical issues, including a period in a wheelchair after breaking her feet, and IVF treatments contributed to weight fluctuations. She has also spoken about body image in interviews, including on the Louis Theroux Podcast last year, saying she has never been happy with her body.
