Kelly Brook says she would be heartbroken if husband Jeremy Parisi had children with another woman if their marriage didn’t last
Brook and Jeremy Parisi chose not to have children, a decision she says weighs on her amid talk of family planning on Loose Women.

Kelly Brook has said she would be devastated if her husband, Jeremy Parisi, fathered children with another woman should their marriage not endure. The 46-year-old model and actress spoke during a Wednesday episode of Loose Women about family planning and how couples approach the subject of children. Brook and Parisi, who married in 2022, revealed they consciously decided not to have children together, though the reality of that choice weighs on her.
The discussion turned personal as Brook described the possibility of Parisi starting a family with someone else as a painful thought if their marriage didn’t last. “The time has probably run out, I don't know, I just have to get my head around it,” she said, adding that she would be heartbroken if he did have more children with another partner. The remarks highlighted how even couples who opt against parenthood contend with emotional stakes should their relationships change.
Brook and Parisi first met about a decade ago when she was 36, and she said meeting her partner later in life played a role in their choice to prioritise a calmer lifestyle. “We just wanted a nice, peaceful life together,” she admitted, explaining that neither she nor Jeremy felt drawn to the chaos of raising young children.
During the episode, Brook also recalled a quirky teenage beauty ritual she once carried out for a friend who was on the periphery of her social circle. “I used to say come round to mine before we go out on a Friday, and I'd put her head on the ironing board, put a wet shirt over her head and straighten her hair with an iron!” she laughed, saying the memory reflected a moment of wanting to include someone and make them feel part of the group.
The programme also featured Penny Lancaster, who opened up about her journey with husband Rod Stewart and their blended family. Lancaster said the couple were upfront early on about Rod’s family situation; she noted he has “a lot of children from multiple different mothers.” Rod told her he was excited about the relationship but did not want to enter into another marriage and have more children, and Lancaster said she needed to have a child herself, asking, “let’s see where things go.” It was not until 2004, after a conversation about the lives lost in the 9/11 attacks, that Rod changed his mind with Lancaster recalling the moment, “‘Let’s make a baby.’” She added that her biggest gift for her son is having many siblings, a moment reflected in a photo of their blended family that appeared on screen.
Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
