Kelly Brook says she would be heartbroken if husband Parisi had kids with someone else
The model discusses motherhood and their decision not to have children on Loose Women, alongside Penny Lancaster’s blended-family story.

Kelly Brook stepped out on Wednesday in a black-and-grey leopard print blouse, charcoal grey trousers and Chanel sandals, finishing her look with a black Chanel bag and simple jewellery. The 46-year-old model and actress arrived amid renewed discussion about motherhood and family planning after she spoke openly on Loose Women about her relationship and future expectations.
Brook joined Christine Lampard, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore on the daytime talk show, where the conversation turned to whether couples should have children and how their own choices affect their lives. She revealed that she and her husband, French model Jeremy Parisi, made a conscious decision not to have children together, a stance that she says still weighs on her mind. “The time has probably run out, I don't know, I just have to get my head around it,” she reflected. She and Parisi married in 2022 after meeting about a decade earlier when Brook was 36, a timing she said helped shape their decision to prioritise a calmer lifestyle over raising young children.
Brook explained that the couple’s goal was to enjoy a peaceful, low-drama life together and that their choice not to have children remains a personal and difficult one to reconcile with in hindsight. “We just wanted a nice, peaceful life together,” she said, noting that meeting Parisi later in life influenced their approach to family planning.
In the episode, the conversation broadened to include other family dynamics, including Penny Lancaster, who spoke candidly about her own journey with husband Rod Stewart and their blended family. Lancaster described how she and Stewart were upfront from the start about their families and future plans. She recalled his honesty: “Rod and I were very transparent in the beginning, as everyone knows, he has a lot of children from multiple different mothers. He said, ‘I'm excited we're in this relationship together but I really don't want to enter into another marriage and have children, I've had a lot of heartache.’” Lancaster added that she, too, had to be honest about her own needs, saying, “That's fine, I'm not in a position where I want to do that either, but I must also be honest, I have to have a child, I need that in my life, so let's see where things go.”
Lancaster further shared that it wasn’t until 2004, after a poignant conversation about the lives lost in the 9/11 attacks, that Stewart’s perspective shifted. “Let's make a baby,” she recalled, emotional about the way their family evolved. “My biggest gift for my boy is having that lot as their siblings,” she added as a photo of their blended family appeared on screen.
The appearance of Brook on Loose Women comes as she and Parisi navigate a public dialogue about whether life choices, including parenthood, align with personal happiness. Brook’s remarks underscore a broader conversation about age, timing, and the evolving understanding of what constitutes a family in contemporary culture. The segment with Lancaster adds a parallel narrative about transparency, compromise and the unpredictable nature of blended families in modern celebrity life, as viewers consider how couples balance personal desires with relationship realities.
