Kim Kardashian accentuated her taut tummy and famous curves in a new Instagram post as she stepped out in a two-piece white Alaia ensemble during an Italian getaway. The 44-year-old mogul wandered the streets near Piazza del Duomo in photos captured by photographer Charlie Chiu, using a single red rose emoji in her caption.

The look featured a midriff-baring white top and a matching skirt, styled by her longtime fashion consultant Danielle Levi. The megainfluencer carried a bouquet of red roses in several snaps, and her long jet-black hair was worn in center-parted waves.

The post arrives as an unauthorized documentary about her ex-husband Kanye West — In Whose Name? — draws attention. Directed by Nico Ballesteros, the film compiles more than 3,000 hours of footage from 2018 to 2024. It has an R rating and debuted on Sept. 19. The recordings depict moments of strain within Kardashian and West’s marriage, including episodes where the rapper clashed with family members and faced mental-health-related decisions.

Over the weekend, Kardashian also drew attention with a French Vogue moment. She teased a cover shoot in which she wore Cartier jewelry while wrapped in a luxe comforter, posting to her 355 million Instagram followers in all caps about the experience: “First French Vogue cover wearing nothing but Cartier.” She has previously graced Vogue covers; her first Vogue cover appeared in March 2014, photographed with West, who was then her fiancé.
