Lourdes Leon stuns in Roberto Cavalli cut-out gown at Milan Fashion Week
Madonna's daughter, known as Lolahol, makes a bold front-row statement at Cavalli's Milan show.

Lourdes Leon, Madonna's daughter, 28, who performs as Lolahol, turned heads at Roberto Cavalli's Milan Fashion Week show on Thursday. She wore a black cut-out, body-skimming dress with a daring thigh-high split, pairing it with black strappy heels and bold gold jewelry as she sat front row for the Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
Leon's tattoos were visible beneath the skin-baring silhouette, and she shared moments from the night with her nearly 600,000 Instagram followers. In Instagram Stories, she posted a selfie with music artist Uglyworldwide and a separate mirror selfie with artist Rachel Simon.
Earlier this month, she performed in Ibiza, singing to fans while clad in a skintight black satin dress with spaghetti straps.
Madonna, 67, is Lourdes' mother. Lourdes is Madonna's eldest child. The singer's family also includes Rocco Ritchie, 25; David Banda, 19; Mercy, 19; and twins Stella and Estere, 13.
Her partner, Akeem Morris, 29, has been publicly linked to Lourdes since mid-2024.
Cavalli's show occurred during Milan Fashion Week as the label unveiled its Spring/Summer 2026 collection. The outing underscores Lourdes' ongoing presence on the fashion-forward public scene.
