Maya Jama wears sheer gown at Vogue bash as ITV Love Island future hangs in the balance

Maya Jama attended British Vogue's London Fashion Week bash at The Savoy on Sunday evening, as questions swirled about her future as Love Island host amid reports she has not renewed her ITV contract.

The 31-year-old flaunted her figure in a sheer, body-skimming gown that flashed a black lingerie set beneath, featuring a plunging neckline and woollen embellishments at the hem.

Love Island All Stars is due back on screen in January, but Jama has yet to sign on the dotted line. A source told The Sun that talks have been delayed due to logistics within Jama's team. The publication also reported that the new series would be cost-cutting by downgrading the South African villa; cameras would not return to the Ludus Magnus mansion in Cape Town, with producers eyeing the cheaper Midden Cottage that featured in the 2020 winter edition.

A Daily Mail spokesperson said it had contacted Jama's representatives and ITV for comment.

Earlier this week Jama promoted Sproud, a low-sugar, high-protein milk alternative, in east London, posting images of billboards and street activity as part of a brand campaign.

Jama has been dating Manchester City defender Ruben Dias, 28, with reports they met at the European Music Awards in November and publicly confirmed their romance after a PDA display at KSI's Baller League event in April 2025. Sources have said she has been spending extended time in Manchester to be closer to Dias, who owns a £2.5 million penthouse in the city. The Brit Awards are scheduled to be held in Manchester next February, underscoring the city's rising celebrity footprint.

With Love Island All Stars returning and Jama's hosting status not yet resolved, her future in the ITV reality franchise remains uncertain.
