My Chemical Romance adds Liverpool and Glasgow shows to UK tour, revisits The Black Parade
Band expands 20th-anniversary run with Anfield and Bellahouston Park dates; Wembley triple-header set for 2026

My Chemical Romance has added Liverpool and Glasgow dates to its UK tour for next year, expanding a run that already included two Wembley Stadium shows to mark the 20th anniversary of The Black Parade. The band will revisit the 2006 rock opera concept album onstage as part of a broader touring schedule that also includes North American dates and previously confirmed trips to South America and Asia.
Anfield Stadium in Liverpool will host a June 30 show, the band's first visit to the city since 2006, while Bellahouston Park in Glasgow is set for July 4. A third Wembley date, July 8, was added after the first two Wembley shows sold out. Tickets go on sale Friday at 12:00 local time. The expansion also adds North American gigs, with additional venues announced across the continent.
The Black Parade was released in 2006 to strong critical and commercial reception, earning multi-platinum status in the United States and the United Kingdom. The group disbanded in 2013, reuniting in 2019, and staged a 2022 tour after delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. A North American run announced for this year sold more than 450,000 tickets and drew favorable notices from Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and the Los Angeles Times.
Beyond the UK dates, the band has also announced additional North American gigs, with tours in South America and Asia already confirmed. Bellahouston Park, a Glasgow venue that has long hosted outdoor summer gigs, is part of the city’s Summer Sessions festival slate, which this year faced disruption from a strike affecting Glasgow’s underground transit.
