Naomi Campbell, Lady Kitty Spencer Lead All-Black Glamour at Dolce & Gabbana Milan Show
Supermodel and socialite showcase coordinated, high-fashion looks during Milan Fashion Week

Naomi Campbell and Lady Kitty Spencer led the glamour in all-black ensembles as they attended the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday.
Campbell, 55, wore a lace black top layered under a black-and-white jacket, paired with tailored trousers and black stilettos. She finished the look with large square sunglasses, and carried a black handbag that featured an array of gemstones. Spencer opted for a black lace dress with long sleeves and a balconette neckline, worn beneath an oversized leather jacket, and completed the look with diamond earrings and towering black stilettos.
The front row and other attendees offered a spectrum of interpretations of the all-black theme. Meryl Streep was spotted in a brown leather trench coat, paired with beige sunglasses and a leopard-print clutch. Denise Plasha wore a short black tailored blazer dress, complemented by oval black sunglasses and a maroon leather bag. Pia Metha stepped out in a skimpy strap thigh-high dress, paired with a black beanie and knee-high leather boots. Thassia Naves wore a black dress layered under a dramatic leather jacket with tasseled sleeves and diamond earrings. Tamara Kalinic appeared in satin black shorts with a matching vest and chunky black boots. Tiffany Hsu provided a pop of color with red headwear, paired with a brown padded-shoulder raincoat. Nicole Atieno wore a blue-and-grey check two-piece co-ord with a blue shirt and red leather shoes. Emili Sindlev kept things casual in light-blue denim jeans, a satin vest and a black leather trench coat.
The Milan moment came amid broader conversations about Campbell’s personal and professional evolution. In recent weeks she has spoken about moving beyond her wild days and embracing motherhood. She has said she thinks of herself as "just a mom" and has described how she balances life with her children, who were welcomed via surrogacy in 2021 and 2023.
Campbell is the face of designer Tolu Coker's Spring 2026 collection, though the brand deviated from a traditional runway by releasing a cinematic short film centered on motherhood and Black womanhood in fashion. In a two-and-a-half-minute clip, Campbell offers insight into her life away from the cameras and discusses how she raises her son and daughter.
"I'm just a mom. That's how I kind of think of myself today," Campbell has said. She also reflected on the role memory and family play in shaping her perspective, noting that her grandmother’s voice still echoes in her daily life. "With my kids I am fun, but I'm measured in the sense of discipline. The moral standard of how I was raised in a West Indian Jamaican household" remains a touchstone for her approach to motherhood and career alike.
Later in the evening, Campbell swapped outfits for a second outing at Twiga club, stepping out in black trousers, a black satin vest, a structured black trench coat, and black stilettos. She offered a personal note that aligned with the broader narrative of the film and the collection: the idea that fashion can reflect and support a family-centered identity while still showcasing high-glamour aesthetics.
The Dolce & Gabbana Milan show and Campbell’s subsequent appearances underscore a moment in which celebrated models and actors are central figures in a fashion language that blends legacy, motherhood, and modern empowerment. As Milan Fashion Week continues, the optics of all-black ensembles—paired with statement accessories and tailored cuts—signal a continuing appetite for bold, cohesive styling among A-list attendees and industry observers alike.
