Pregnant Georgia Harrison joins Raya a month before due date

Pregnant Georgia Harrison has joined the celebrity dating app Raya a month before her due date, signaling a bid to widen her circle as she nears motherhood.

The former Love Island star, 30, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jack Stacey. Her due date is believed to be at the start of next month. Harrison signed up to Raya to find new, like-minded friends. Her profile describes her as a presenter, author and activist, lists Loughton, Essex, as her location and is synced with Fred Again's song Billie (Loving Arms). She has posted pictures outside Number 10.

Harrison and Stacey, who reportedly met on Raya, announced their pregnancy in April after a whirlwind romance that began within months of meeting. In interviews she suggested a motherhood-focused reality show could be fun in the future, though any filming would likely be scheduled down the line and would demand a level of commitment that goes beyond a typical TV shoot. She noted that her partner, who has a more conventional job, would need to be comfortable with the spotlight if a show ever came together, adding that it would be important to protect their relationship while exploring public interest.

The couple have discussed the possibility of a TV project in the context of their experiences in the public eye, with Harrison saying she would relate to other high-profile couples who balance work, life and camera time. She cited Billie Piper and Greg Wise as examples of public figures who navigate television successfully, suggesting they could serve as a model if a show were to happen in the future. Any such project, she indicated, would be approached with care to ensure it strengthens rather than strains their relationship.

Beyond the screen, Harrison has been candid about her past experiences with online abuse. She has spoken out against revenge porn and emphasized a plan to limit her future child’s exposure to digital platforms. In light of her own experience with ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear, who was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual images and films and was sentenced to 21 months in prison in March 2023 (released January 2024), Harrison said she intends to enforce strict boundaries for her children online. She told The Sun she hopes educational systems and laws will better protect young people, pointing to examples in Australia as benchmarks and advocating for a parenting approach that minimizes online exposure and misogyny. She also referenced Robbie Williams, who has spoken about delaying his children's access to phones, as a potential model for her family.

As Harrison nears the birth of her child, the Raya profile underscores a broader trend among some celebrities of expanding social networks and seeking meaningful connections in new ways while navigating the challenges of pregnancy and public life.
