Prince William shares a pint with Eugene Levy during Windsor Castle tour on Apple TV+ travel show
The Reluctant Traveler episode captures a private Windsor visit and the prince's reflections on a challenging year.

Prince William is seen bonding over a pint with Eugene Levy after Levy was invited to Windsor Castle for a private tour, in a clip from Levy’s Apple TV+ travel series The Reluctant Traveler. In the episode titled Living The Royal Life In The UK, Levy arrives in London, receives a written invitation from the prince, tours the castle, and then joins William for a walk with the royal dog.
During the walk, Levy asks William what he does when he is at home, and the prince laughs before replying: “Sleep. When you have three small children, sleep is an important part of my life.” The moment is part of Levy’s travel documentary, which shows the two men engaging in a light-hearted exchange amid a formal setting.
The episode also features deeper remarks from William, who says 2024 was the “hardest year I’ve ever had.” He adds that life tests people and overcoming those tests helps shape who they are. The prince has previously spoken about coping after both his wife and his father were diagnosed with cancer last year, a personal history he touches on in the show.
Beyond the Windsor moment, Levy’s episode highlights his broader career and family connections. Levy, who co-created Schitt’s Creek with his son Daniel, reflects on past milestones, including joining his “second son” Jason Biggs to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and tracing his Glasgow roots on the show. The upcoming season of The Reluctant Traveler features Levy’s daughter Sarah Levy, along with singer Michael Bublé, former India cricketer Rahul Dravid, and K-Pop group NOWZ. The installment with Prince William is scheduled to air on Oct. 3.
