Rachael Finch and her husband, Michael Miziner, have listed their Waterloo penthouse for $3.3 million, signaling a move to a new family setup as their children grow.
The dual-level, 10th-floor apartment spans about 250 square metres and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls offering panoramic views of Sydney and dual parking facilities. The couple snapped it up off the plan in 2014 for $1.65 million and have lived there for more than a decade.
Located near shops, restaurants, public transport and schools, the property will head to auction on Saturday, October 18. If it sells at the asking price, the couple would double their original investment, taking home about $1.65 million in profit.
They told Realestate.com.au that privacy is unmatched and that with their children growing older they are seeking a house that better suits their next chapter.
Rachael Finch rose to fame in 2009 after finishing as third runner-up at Miss Universe. Since then she has built a career as a TV presenter, brand ambassador and health advocate. The Queensland-born model met Michael Miziner on Dancing With The Stars in 2010; the couple married in 2013. They welcomed daughter Violet in September 2014 and son Dominic in March 2017. The pair has also developed a fitness program called BOD, which includes dance-based workouts, meal plans, guided meditations and pregnancy-specific routines.
