Rhian Sugden reveals breast reduction results: from sagging to bragging
Glamour model shares before-and-after photos from June surgery, noting no implants and a renewed sense of comfort as she opens up about public reaction and family support.

Rhian Sugden has revealed the results of her June breast reduction and uplift, sharing before-and-after images that show a dramatic change in size and shape. The 38-year-old glamour model says she moved from a 32HH to a 32E cup after the operation and notes that the procedure involved no implants—only lifting and reducing the natural tissue. Sugden said the transformation should improve daily comfort and mobility.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Sugden posted three topless photos: a pre-surgery image, a photo taken two weeks after, and one from several weeks post-op. She captioned, 'From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after.' She added, 'These are the results from my breast reduction and uplift @pallmallcosmetics no implant, all still natural. Just lifted and reduced.' She described the change as four sizes smaller and noted the scarring is fading. In a nine-week post-op video, Sugden said she was back at Pall Mall and 'absolutely in love with my boobs.'
In a separate clip from before the surgery, Sugden explained that her nipples were 11cm lower than ideal after gravity took its toll following the birth of her son George. She recalled discussing a desire for a smaller, perkier, and more uplifted appearance because backache and difficulty shopping for bras and bikinis had become an ongoing issue.
Sugden has also discussed her swimming, saying the original size and weight made movement uncomfortable and contributed to back tension. Since the procedure, she has reported a more streamlined figure that has improved her ability to swim and wear swimwear more comfortably. The updated physique has left Sugden feeling happier and more confident, with fans noting a noticeable change in silhouette and proportion.
Despite the positive reception, Sugden said she has faced a wave of online trolls criticizing her decision. In an Instagram Story, she pushed back at critics, saying she had no concern about scarring and that some comments came from men who would never be in a position to touch her breasts, suggesting their opinions were irrelevant to her.
Earlier this month, Sugden posted another update showing how the post-surgery difference has impacted her daily life, including her swimming routine and overall confidence. Her husband, former Coronation Street star Oliver Mellor, was initially nervous about the change but now appears supportive and positive. He told The Sun that he is pleased with the outcome and even joked that Sugden looks like Pamela Anderson again because of the perkier appearance. 'Oliver was a bit nervous at first because he likes big boobs and he was worried about the scarring. But he can't believe how well they've turned out. He's very pleased with them. He says I look like Pammy [Anderson] again because they're so perky. They look good and they're still a good size. A decent handful for him.'
