NEW YORK — Russell Wilson and Ciara cheered on their children Thursday at Macy’s x Rookie Kids: Runway on Broadway, a Midtown fashion event staged ahead of the Giants’ home opener at MetLife Stadium on Sunday night. The couple sat front row with their youngest, 1-year-old Amora Princess, as son Win Harrison (5) and daughter Sienna Princess (8) walked the runway. Also taking part was Ciara’s 11-year-old son, Future Zahir, whom Ciara shares with ex Future. Ciara said on Instagram that watching their children walk the runway was “pure joy” and added: “Too much cuteness to handle!”

The event is part of Macy’s partnership with Rookie, and the family’s appearance followed their earlier Midtown show appearance. Wilson, a 10-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion, joined the Giants on a one-year deal earlier this season and was named the team’s starter before the 2025 campaign began. He and the Giants are navigating a challenging start, including a Week 1 loss to the Commanders. Wilson delivered a 450-yard performance in an overtime thriller against the Cowboys last week, finishing with three touchdowns and one crucial interception in a 40-37 defeat. The Giants will host the winless Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.

The Wilsons’ trip to New York has underscored a broader sense of life in the city as Wilson acclimates to a new chapter with the Giants. The couple has been vocal about supporting their children’s interests and embracing the city’s opportunities, while remaining rooted in their family’s milestones. The Runway on Broadway event, which featured several young models, highlighted the couple’s blend of celebrity support with a family-first focus as they balance football, music, and life in the spotlight.

Macy’s Runway on Broadway drew participants from Rookie Kids and offered a celebratory backdrop for Ciara and Wilson to share a moment with their children amid the season’s pressures. The event, held on Sept. 18, 2025, showcased a mix of fashion and family, mirroring Wilson’s and Ciara’s public personas as they navigate a high-profile life in a major market.

The Giants’ schedule remains steeped in headlines as the team looks to rebound from a rocky start. Kansas City opened its season with a 27-21 loss to the Chargers in Brazil on Sept. 5. In a rematch of the previous season’s Super Bowl, Philadelphia defeated Kansas City 40-22, a result cited in many circuit-level recaps. A separate late-game defeat, 20-17, was noted in some recaps as part of the Chiefs’ recent stretch. With Sunday’s showdown against Kansas City looming, Wilson and the Giants face a test that will measure the quarterback’s adjustment to New York and the team’s ability to bounce back from early-season adversity.

As the Giants prepare for the home opener, Wilson’s leadership on the field and Ciara’s public support of their family life remain central to their public narrative in New York. The couple’s presence at the Runway on Broadway event provided a feel-good interlude amid a season defined by competitive pressure and high expectations, underscoring how personal moments can coexist with professional milestones in the public sphere.
