Tom Holland injured on Spider-Man set; production paused in Glasgow
Holland treated for a mild concussion as filming of Spider-Man: Brand New Day is paused; Zendaya attends a charity event amid the news.

Tom Holland was rushed to a hospital after an on-set injury while filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day in Glasgow, Scotland, prompting production to pause while he is treated for a mild concussion, Deadline reported. A source close to the production told Deadline that the Uncharted star will take a precautionary break but is expected to return to set in a few days.
The injury was reportedly tied to a stunt gone wrong, according to The US Sun, while Page Six said reps had not yet commented.
Despite the setback, Holland attended a pub quiz fundraiser for The Brothers Trust, a charity he runs with his siblings Sam, Harry and Paddy Holland, at Christie’s auction house in London. Holland served as host and quizmaster, with prizes that included a round of golf with the actor.

Zendaya, who portrays Peter Parker’s girlfriend Michelle “MJ” Jones, joined him at the event, extending public visibility of the couple amid the film’s production schedule. The two were previously spotted together on the London set last month, watching Holland perform from the sidelines as cameras rolled.
In July, Holland said he was “over the moon” to reprise his Spider-Man role for the forthcoming film, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day is scheduled to hit theaters in July 2026.
