Yolanda Hadid lists 30-acre Bucks County farm for $10.88 million
Former model turns lavender farm into a family sanctuary near New Hope, now on the market

Yolanda Hadid has listed her 30-acre Bucks County estate for $10.88 million, moving to sell the family sanctuary she built near New Hope, Pennsylvania, on the market.
The listing, first reported by The Wall Street Journal, traces the property’s origin to 1682. Hadid discovered Bucks County during a 2017 retreat and quickly decided to make it her home base near her children in New York. She closed on the historic property for about $4 million, buying a three-bedroom stone house, several cottages and barns, and expansive lavender fields. She redesigned the interiors herself, blending modern farmhouse style with preserved period details, saying she touched every inch of the farm.
Today the estate centers on an 1810 main residence with five bathrooms and five fireplaces, plus three guest houses—the Carriage House, Corn Crib Cottage and Lavender Cottage—each with full kitchens. A 1776 stone bank barn now houses an 8,000-square-foot entertainment space, a gym and a professional equestrian facility, while a flat barn contains 14 stalls, tack and feed rooms, and a barn manager’s office. Outdoor amenities include a dressage arena, a round pen, a resort-style pool, vegetable gardens and a meditation labyrinth. A restored spring house doubles as a wine and lavender oil cellar.
The property has long served as a retreat for Hadid’s three children—Gigi and Bella Hadid and Anwar Hadid—and their families, who used the farm as an escape from city life. During the pandemic, they planted thousands of lavender seedlings together and held family dinners and card games, turning the space into a working sanctuary.
Hadid’s personal life also intersected with the property. She met her former fiancé Joseph Jingoli at the farm in 2018, and the couple became engaged in 2022 before quietly ending the relationship this year.
The listing is being handled by Carl Gambino of Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate.
Located near New Hope, the estate embodies the star’s evolution from runway to rural retreat, with the scale and scope that have defined celebrity-owned countryside properties. The Wall Street Journal’s report on the listing underscores the ongoing interest in long-running family sanctuaries that have grown into significant, market-ready estates.
