Yolanda Hadid has listed the Hadid Family Farm in Pennsylvania for $10.995 million, the first time the sprawling estate has hit the market since she transformed it into a design-forward sanctuary focused on wellness, nature and family life. In a statement provided to DailyMail.com, the former model described why she built the property as a personal retreat: “Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life. I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.”

The Hadid Family Farm spans five structures—the main house, three guest cottages and a barn—all unified under Hadid's countryside design vision. It also includes the full furnishings and the machinery she used to bring her countryside dreams to life.

Photographs accompanying the listing show rooms that blend rustic warmth with refined touches: a stone-walled living area with timber beams, a dramatic spiral staircase, sun-dappled bedrooms with high ceilings and guest suites styled with modern accents. The interiors reflect a farm-to-table lifestyle, with spaces designed for intimate family gatherings and easy entertaining.

The estate unfolds beyond the main residence with expansive lavender fields, curated gardens and a swimming pool bordered by lush landscaping. A circular stone fire pit and comfortable outdoor seating provide a setting for evenings under the stars. Together, the features offer more than luxury; they present a turnkey lifestyle that echoes the property’s long-standing purpose as a private sanctuary.

Yolanda has described the property as the heartbeat of the Hadid family’s private life. The space has long sheltered cherished memories for Gigi, Bella and Anwar, including the way the sisters used to ride horses and train in the jumping arena in close proximity to New York while juggling demanding careers. “Each child had their own cottage — the carriage house, the lavender house, or the corn crib — but they always came back to the main farmhouse for breakfast and dinner, learning farm-to-table and sharing meals by the fire,” she said.

The Hadid family’s time at the farm also extended to moments captured in fashion shoots and magazines. The property has appeared in photo spreads for major titles and in features such as Harper’s Bazaar: Food Diaries, underscoring its role as a backdrop for high-profile projects while retaining a sense of authenticity.

Among the personal milestones tied to the property is Gigi Hadid’s home birth in the COVID era. In 2021, she chose to deliver her daughter Khai at the farm due to restrictions that would have kept Yolanda and Bella out of the delivery room, with a local midwife assisting the birth. The episode illustrates how the estate has functioned not just as a residence but as a place for family moments amid broader public life.

Yolanda purchased the property in 2017 in order to stay closer to her children, who live in Manhattan. Gigi owns a farmhouse in New Hope, Bucks County, and Bella has spent significant time in Texas, reflecting the family’s evolving geography while maintaining ties to the Pennsylvania farm.

The listing is being handled by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate. The marketing materials emphasize the estate’s turnkey nature and its potential to serve as a private retreat or a backdrop for future family moments, noting that buyers can “live out your lavender farm dreams.”
