Zayn Malik announces Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live, seven-night January run

Zayn Malik has announced a Las Vegas residency, set to unfold over seven nights at Dolby Live at Park MGM in January, signaling a major return to the stage after completing his first solo tour since leaving One Direction a decade ago. The 32-year-old singer, a father of one, will perform January 20, 21, 24, 25, 28, 30 and 31 at the Dolby Live venue, which opened in 2016 and has hosted major residencies from artists such as Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and Stevie Necks.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale Wednesday, September 24 at 12 p.m. PT (8 p.m. BST), followed by the general sale on Friday, September 26 at 12 p.m. PT (8 p.m. BST). Fans flooded social media with excitement as they welcomed the news and anticipated a return to the stage.

Malik's Las Vegas run comes after the Stairway To The Sky Tour, his first solo trek since leaving One Direction a decade ago. The tour was originally slated to run from October 2024 to December 2024, but was postponed following the death of a former bandmate, with North American dates rescheduled to January this year and the tour officially concluding in March.

Earlier this month, Malik was photographed in New York with Louis Tomlinson, signaling a possible reconciliation after years of reported tension since his One Direction exit. Fan pages described the moment and shared a selfie of the two; Tomlinson had attended Malik's Shrine Exposition Hall show in Los Angeles earlier this year, where he publicly supported him.

The Las Vegas residency marks a milestone in Malik's solo career as he continues to build on his return to major venues in a music landscape that has seen many of his contemporaries pursue similar paths.
