Zendaya glams up in London as Tom Holland recovers from Spider-Man on-set accident
Zendaya was seen on a dog walk in Richmond Park days after her fiancé Tom Holland was rushed to hospital following a stunt mishap on the Spider-Man set; production for the next installment has been paused for a week.

Zendaya was photographed on dog-walking duty in London on Monday, days after her fiancé Tom Holland was rushed to hospital following an on-set accident during filming for the next Spider-Man movie. The 29-year-old actress wore a long trench coat and leather boots as she strolled the couple’s miniature schnauzer, Noon, in Richmond Park, southwest London. There was no sign of Holland on the outing.
The incident occurred Friday at Leavesden Studios in Watford, where the new Spider-Man project is being shot. Holland reportedly cracked his head after a fall and was treated for a concussion, leading to the suspension of filming. Production of the £150 million Marvel movie has been halted for an entire week as crews reassess schedules and safety on set. Deadline, citing the show’s usual shooting logistics, noted that scenes cannot be filmed around Holland’s absence while he recovers.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust told The Sun that they were called at 10:30 a.m. on Friday to Leavesden Studios to attend to a patient who had sustained an injury, and the patient was transported to hospital for further care.
Holland appeared in good spirits the day after the accident, attending a charity quiz night in London’s Mayfair in support of The Brothers Trust, the charity he runs with his siblings, where he served as quizmaster alongside Zendaya.
The duo remain busy with high-profile projects. They are slated to appear together again in The Odyssey, Christopher Nolan’s adaptation of Homer’s epic, which keeps them in the public eye as they navigate a demanding filming schedule with the Spider-Man franchise. Last month, Zendaya supported Holland as he filmed scenes at Brookwood Cemetery in Surrey, including sequences near Aunt May’s grave, for the upcoming Marvel film. The couple previously played love interests in three Spider-Man films, beginning with Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016.
In additional context, Holland was photographed filming in Glasgow earlier this summer, where the city was transformed to resemble New York for the sequel. The Spider-Man project has drawn significant attention due to its star power and the alignment of two major franchises with Nolan’s high-profile adaptation in the works alongside their ongoing Spider-Man commitments.
As production for the next Spider-Man installment continues to be rescheduled, industry observers and fans will watch closely for updates on Holland’s recovery and how the schedule will impact the film’s timeline and release plan.
