Caprice reveals what she eats in a day to stay figure after ditching fat-jab weight loss

Caprice, a 54-year-old model and television figure, has outlined how she preserves her figure after moving away from weight-loss injections. Earlier this year she was prescribed Mounjaro following a roughly 20-pound gain; she later stopped the treatment after experiencing heart palpitations and trouble climbing stairs. She now credits a combination of regular exercise and a long-term dietary shift for maintaining her weight.

Speaking to the Daily Mail at her home in west London, Caprice described the changes she made. She said the microdose of Mounjaro did not suit her and emphasized the need to change her lifestyle to sustain weight loss after any medication stoppage. She has cut back on complex carbohydrates such as pasta and bread, and she avoids refined sugar, though she allows occasional indulgences such as a candy bar and honey in small amounts as cravings ease over time. She noted that the first month of adjustment is difficult but then cravings subside.

Caprice, who is vegetarian, said she starts the day with vitamins and fruit, with a preference for pomegranates for gut health. For lunch she focuses on vegetables and includes an avocado daily; she favors salads and soups and avoids constant snacking. When a pick-me-up is needed, she turns to nuts, listing Brazilian nuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and pecans among her regular offerings.

Caprice said she remains mindful of her vegetarian approach and continues to take vitamins each morning. She described a daily routine that centers on fresh produce and nutrient-dense foods rather than carbohydrates and processed items. The actor and producer notes that she does not snack throughout the day and relies on a steady intake of fruit, vegetables, and healthy fats such as avocados to support energy and mood.

Beyond diet and exercise, Caprice has been pursuing film projects while expanding her production company, JJLove Productions Ltd. She stars in and serves as an executive producer of A Scottish Christmas Secret, a Channel 5 and My5 program. She has two sons, Jax and Jett, 12, with husband Ty Comfort, and says her priority is to be a role model of hard work for her children. She acknowledged that she used to be stereotyped for babe roles early in her career, and she has redirected her career toward producing and leading projects that reflect her values. She described this shift as a path to happiness and a sense of purpose, rather than chasing a particular body image.

Health experts emphasize that sustainable changes such as regular workouts and a plant-forward diet can yield lasting weight-management benefits, particularly when used in place of short-term pharmacological fixes. Caprice's experience illustrates a broader trend among people seeking long-term strategies rather than dependence on injections, and underscores the importance of balancing nutrition, activity, and personal goals in midlife.
