Angel Reese Poses with Terence Crawford at Canelo Fight, Draws Attention with Black Bodysuit
WNBA forward attended the Canelo Alvarez–Terence Crawford bout in Las Vegas, documented the night on social media amid recent Chicago Sky controversy

Angel Reese attended Saturday’s Canelo Alvarez–Terence Crawford bout at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, visiting Crawford in his locker room and posing for photographs that the WNBA forward later shared on social media.
Reese, 23, wore a plunging black bodysuit and lace-up boots and carried an orange Chanel bag. The 6-foot-3 power forward stood noticeably taller than Crawford, who is listed at about 5-foot-8, and told the veteran boxer the outing was her "first match" before they posed together. She documented mirror selfies, a glimpse of her car ride to the stadium and the locker-room photo on her Instagram Stories.
Crawford won the main event via unanimous decision, taking Canelo Alvarez’s undisputed middleweight title, according to official result postings from the bout. Reese and a friend watched the fight at Allegiant Stadium, and she posted images from the event after the outcome was decided.
Reese accessorized the outfit with stacked bracelets, gold necklaces and sunglasses. Photographs from the night show her posing on the arena floor and arriving at the venue. The locker-room visit drew attention because of the contrast in height and their different sporting profiles: Reese is a rising WNBA player and Crawford is an experienced professional boxer.

The appearance comes days after Reese was disciplined by the Chicago Sky, which suspended her for one half of a game following comments she made to the Chicago Tribune that the organization said were "detrimental to the team." Reese had told the newspaper she would do "what's best for" her and said she would not "settl[e] for the same s--t" this season. She issued public and private apologies afterward.
Sky general manager Jeff Pagliocca said the team had "closed the chapter on" the incident and that conversations with Reese and her representatives were "constant, and they’re productive." Reese joined the Sky last year and has two years remaining on her rookie contract, according to team roster information.
Off the court, Reese has attracted attention for fashion and media appearances, including a Met Gala debut and a campaign for Good American. The Las Vegas outing with Crawford adds to a string of public appearances documenting her off-court profile.

Reese’s social-media posts from the evening framed the visit as a night out rather than a professional crossover. Team and league officials have said they will continue internal communications while Reese remains on the Sky roster.
