The Football Observatory ranking places Premier League clubs at the top of the table. Manchester City are listed at about £980 million, Manchester United at £933 million, Liverpool at £928 million and Arsenal at £872 million. Tottenham Hotspur follow at around £849 million.
Beyond the top five, Paris Saint-Germain appear seventh at £760 million, Real Madrid eighth at £744 million, Newcastle United ninth at £711 million and Atletico Madrid tenth at £498 million. Further down, Juventus are £438 million, Bayern Munich £432 million, West Ham United £430 million and Barcelona £403 million, followed by Napoli £397 million, Al-Hilal £392 million, RB Leipzig £378 million, Aston Villa £372 million and Brentford £364 million.
The figures summarize the cost of assembling the present squads and do not alone indicate future success.
