Man City derby win caps strong gameweek for Daily Mail Sport Predictor entrants

Manchester City’s 3-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday provided a decisive finale to Premier League gameweek four and produced a rich return for many participants in the Daily Mail Sport Predictor competition.

Several matches were decided by late goals that proved decisive for Predictor scores. Brentford salvaged a 2-2 draw with Chelsea via a deep injury-time equaliser at Brentford Community Stadium, and Mohamed Salah’s stoppage-time penalty secured a 1-0 win for Liverpool away at Burnley.
Other weekend results included Arsenal’s 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest in Ange Postecoglou’s first match in charge of Forest, Newcastle’s 1-0 win against Wolves, and Tottenham’s 3-0 triumph over 10-man West Ham in the London derby. Everton were held to a goalless draw by Aston Villa on Saturday.
The Predictor competition offers a weekly prize of £1,000 and runs throughout the 2025-26 Premier League season.
