Premier League unveils November TV fixtures with three 8pm Saturday games for Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs

The Premier League on Thursday unveiled its November television schedule, including a new raft of 8pm Saturday kickoffs that the league said will remain in place for the month. Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham are all set to feature at 8pm on Saturdays during November, reflecting the league's effort to balance domestic broadcast demand with clubs' European commitments.

Liverpool's home match against Aston Villa was moved to Saturday night, November 1, with an an 8pm kickoff on TNT Sports, following Tottenham's 5:30pm kickoff against Chelsea at Sky Sports. Sky will also show Chelsea v Wolves at 8pm on November 8 and Tottenham v Fulham at 8pm on November 22. TNT will maintain the 12:30pm kickoffs of Tottenham vs Manchester United on November 8 and Burnley v Chelsea on November 22, while Crystal Palace v Manchester United will be shown at 12pm on Sunday November 30.

Across other dates, on Sunday November 2, West Ham United host Newcastle United at 2pm on Sky Sports, and Manchester City host AFC Bournemouth at 4:30pm. Sunderland v Everton is the Monday Night Football game on Sky, scheduled for 8pm on Monday November 3. Sunday November 9 will feature four matches after a European week, with Aston Villa, Newcastle and Leeds among those in action. Manchester City will host Liverpool in the 4:30pm slot.

A week later the north London derby is set to be broadcast from the Emirates on Sky Sports at 4:30pm on November 23, and the following week will again see five matches take place on Sunday as clubs juggle European duties. In addition to Crystal Palace v Manchester United, Aston Villa will host Wolves, Nottingham Forest will play Brighton, and West Ham will welcome Liverpool to the London Stadium before Chelsea v Arsenal brings the month to a close. Some matches are listed as moved due to European competition for Villa, Palace and Forest on the Thursday before the corresponding weekend.

The November schedule underscores the ongoing challenge facing the league as nine clubs compete in European tournaments. While the 8pm Saturday fixture window is a new feature this month, league officials say it reflects demand from broadcasters and supporters and may be retained where feasible as the season progresses.
