Police are appealing for public help to locate seven-year-old Brody Mann and his nine-year-old sister, Sienna Mann, who were last seen 12 days ago with their mother in Southport. The siblings were last seen at the Albert and Victoria Hotel in Southport with their mother, Joanne Bearman, 41, and her partner, Dean Speakman, 38, who were seen carrying two suitcases and two carrier bags.
