Pope Leo XIV’s eldest brother says he confessed 'everything short of murder and incest' to the pontiff in tell-all interview
Louis Prevost, 73, describes a life-change sparked by his brother’s ascent to the papacy and says he has returned to the Catholic Church.

Louis Prevost, the estranged eldest brother of Pope Leo XIV, says he confessed 'everything short of murder and incest' to the pontiff during a private session that will be featured in a preview clip for Piers Morgan Uncensored on YouTube this Friday.
Prevost, 73, described the session as life-changing after his baby brother's appointment to the papacy sparked a personal transformation. He said he initially asked the pope to hear his confession, but the pontiff declined at first and only agreed during a visit in October.
Known as the family's 'black sheep,' Prevost has been outspoken as a MAGA supporter online. He said he has toned down his online rhetoric to be less hostile toward people he disagrees with, and his other brother John has urged him to ease up.
Prevost noted that his two younger brothers are closer now, a result of his years away serving in the U.S. Navy. He said he spoke with his brother, the pope, about once a week.
Since Leo XIV's election in early May, online observers surfaced Prevost's past posts, including one that used a profane descriptor of Rep. Nancy Pelosi. Prevost said on Morgan's program that he would not have posted such remarks if he did not believe them, but he acknowledged the posts have sparked controversy.

Morals aside, the pope's no-frills sibling has become a news magnet. The full interview is slated to be released on Piers Morgan Uncensored on YouTube, with the network describing the episode as set to air this Friday.
